2021 Dolcetto

Our 1st release, Dolcetto, meaning "little sweet one" in Italian, is a dry, low alcohol, red wine grape from the Piedmont region in Italy. Light to medium body, low acidity and typically high tannins--with characteristics of black cherry, plum, blackberry, and subtle floral notes. It is paired wonderfully with heavier meals of beef, barbeque, and pasta dishes. (Enjoy now thru 2027)
