From grapes harvested off 15-year-old vines in the Sante Ynez Valley. Wonderfully medium-bodied spiciness combined with good fruit structure on the finish. Aged in premium French oak barrels for nearly 18 months-with a kiss of viognier integrated during fermentation resulting in the smoothly/silky finish.
